CELTIC, Lower Danube. Uncertain tribe. Circa 2nd century BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 12.52 g, 9 h), imitating Lysimachos and Philip II of Macedon. Celticized head of Alexander the Great to left with flowing hair and stylized horn of Ammon over his ear. Rev. Celticized horseman to left, with long hair ending in volute. Lanz 582.
